On your request we organize the pick up at the airport Tenerife south, transport to your accommodation, and/or the return trip to the airport Tenerife south with car transport from the accommodation.

Welcome to your new home for the next

We stay in a nice surfhouse / surfhostel close to the beach and surfspot, cozy furnishings, and a little surprise waiting for you.

FOOD & DRINKS
Look forward to a daily, healthy breakfast, tea and coffee are offered by us and are available to you free of charge every day. Lunch and dinner are exclusive (except New Year’s dinner, excluding soft and alcoholic drinks). A standard menu is already available at reasonable prices from 8 euros. The resort is located close to the surf spot, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance of your accommodation, so you are well catered for at all times.
SURF TRAINING
Daily, intensive surf training 120 minutes (of which approx. 20-30 min. on land training, theory, warm up..) with all together, accompanied by our experienced, professional surf coaches,
INCL. Surf transport pick up and return resort, rental of surfboard, wetsuit and surf shoes (majority volcanic subsoil).
SURFSPOT: Playa de las Americas, if the waves are not ideal we will go to other good surf spots adapted to your surf level – SAVETY FIRST.
OBJECTIVE: to improve your surfing technique, to surf more waves through proper wave reading and surf analysis
You train towards your own personal surfing goals with our specific surf theory and surf analysis, personally coached in small groups of max. 8 Surfers for faster surfing success.
*We recommend a recovery day in between to give your body a little break, because surfing is physically very exhausting and after 2-4 days of intensive training you will be glad to have a little break, but this is up to everyone 🙂
PILATES WORKOUT
As a group we will start the day daily with super Pilates workouts and awaken our deep muscles during a stunning sunrise and/or end the day relaxed, after an intense day of surfing with super Pilates stretch and soft strength workouts during a magical sunset.
We train: Deep muscles, posture, endurance, flexibility, stability, body control, coordination, breathing exercises and much more according to the 3 Pilates principles ”Practice – Patience – Perseverance”.
*If you want to bring your personal yoga / Pilates mat, of course you may, but we also have available on site.
*Pilates training is adapted to surf conditions, first priority is surfing.

ADVENTURE TRIP
A 1/2 day surprise adventure trip with everyone together on our beautiful, fascinating island, from the dry desert part in the south, to the very green north of Tenerife, you can’t help but be amazed, there is so much to discover.

SLEEP
Plenty of rest and healthy sleep is very important to us. Our carefully selected accommodation with good quality beds will take you to 1001 nights.

RELAX
A healthy, stress-free lifestyle is very important to us. Therefore, we have also planned enough time so that you can start the new year 2024 calm and relaxed. Relax in a hammock, on the terrace or garden, on a deck chair by the pool, in the cozy common relaxation area of the resort or
on the beach under a palm tree etc.
Give your body a little break every day, because surfing is physically very demanding and you will be glad to take small breaks for 100% balance body-mind-spirit
What else do you have to do ?
-Book yourflight to the south of Tenerife (we recommend that you take out travel insurance in case of illness, accident, etc.)
-Applications for cheap flights: Skyscanner, booking, Easyjet, Trip
–Your flight booking: send us your flight number, departure place + date and arrival place + time, if you want us to come pick you up at the airport (small price difference with standard package)
-Would you like to rent a car? We will be happy to find you a great local car rental company, and at the same time you will support local small businesses, which are unfortunately forgotten in today’s tourism.
-If you want more than 1 SURF PHOTO, you can add a PHOTO PACKAGE or book it on the spot (if you want, please contact us + remember to bring a USB stick / HD for loading the photos on it)
