SURF LEVEL FOR OUR SURF TRAINING CAMPS

A: You are a beginner surfer and have never surfed before
B: You have first surfing experience and have already stood on the surfboard a few times and surfed your first white water waves.
C: You already feel very confident with duckdives and take offs and can surf waves in both directions with ease
D: You are already a very experienced surfer and train yourself with cutbacks, buttom turns and/or airs.

MORE WAVES with proper wave reading, MORE STABILITY, FLEXIBILITY & BALANCE to safe take offs, BETTER, STRONGER BODY HOLDING for LONG SURF SESSION, proper surf technique from bottom turn to top turn.

 

Imagine being able to surf better in a short time, surfing more waves with composure, knowing exactly which wave is the right one to paddle into, and having more power for longer surf sessions without being completely exhausted every time, having sore muscles or even injuries, and falling back to the same surfing level over and over again. We have put together just the right training plan for you with the surfing goal of coaching you to fast and long term surfing results, and you don’t even need to invest a lot of vacation time to do it.

We organize the pick up at the airport for a small extra charge or the car rental for you, as well as the return trip to the airport, if you do not drive back to the airport yourself with the rented car

THEORY SURF TRAINING

Together we dive into the dreamlike surf and pilates world. You will gain a basic understanding of the Pilates method and surf technique and its purpose and goals. Every day we analyze your surfing technique and physical challenge and train towards your surfing goal and fitness goal for fast surfing progress.

PILATES WORKOUT

In the group we will daily with super Pilates workouts start the day and improve our deep muscles awake at a breathtaking sunrise and/or end the day relaxed after an intense day of surfing with super Pilates stretch workouts during a magical sunset.

SURF TRAINING

Daily intensive surf training with everyone together. You train towards your own personal surfing goals with our specific surf theory and surf analysis for faster surfing success. We make
1 recovery day to give your body a little break, because surfing is physically very demanding and after 2-4 days of intensive training you will be glad to have a little break 🙂

FOOD

Depending on the surf training camp you choose, breakfast, breakfast and lunch or all inclusive (excluding soft and alcoholic drinks). If lunch and dinner are not included in the Surf package, there are supermarkets and restaurants within walking or driving distance of your accommodation, so you are well catered for at all times.

RELAX

A healthy, stress-free lifestyle is very important to us. Therefore, we have also planned enough time so that you can sit back and relax in a hammock, in your room or cozy communal relaxation area of the resort, on the beach under a palm tree etc. Give your body a little break every day, because surfing is physically very demanding and you will be happy to take small breaks for 100% balance body-mind-spirit.

SLEEP

Plenty of rest and healthy sleep is very important to us. Our carefully selected accommodations with good quality beds, will take you to 1001 nights.
