PAYMENT OPTIONS<\/p>\n

After your registration 50% is due to secure your spot, balance due 60 days prior to training camp start.
The following payment options are possible: by wise or paypal (with paypal additional, accruing costs\/fees for currency conversions are to be expected).<\/p>\n

FLIGHTS<\/p>\n

Flights are not included in the Surf Training & Adventure package price, airport transfers, ferry and private boat shuttle are included in the Surf Training & Adventure package price. Extra luggage cost for surfboards by ferry and private boat shuttle (round trip from Padang to resort and back from resort to Padang) are not included in Surf Training & Adventure package price, price details can be requested through us. Liability and insurance in case of rebooking or cancellation are in any case the responsibility of the participant. We exclude any liability for flights, airport transfers, ferry and private boat shuttle. Please check with the airline for change and cancellation policies.<\/p>\n

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS<\/p>\n

You must bring a valid passport for entry and exit. Please check with the country of your destination for validity beyond the return date and if a visa is required for multiple countries. Please also check with the embassy of the country you will be traveling to for further details in your country.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/p>\n

In case of cancellation up to 61 days before the start of the Surf Training & Adventure Camp, you can either transfer 100% of the amount already paid to another Surf Training & Adventure Camp organized by us OR you will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of 3.5%. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the start of the Surf Training & Adventure Camp will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total Surf & Adventure package price. There will be no refund in case of late arrival or early departure. If we, as the organizer, have to cancel the Surf Training & Adventure Camp due to unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund of the amount already paid.<\/p>\n

In case of cancellation or non-participation by the surf client of a training or adventure activity on site during the whole Surf Training & Adventure Camp, no refund will be given (no exceptions).<\/p>\n

EXCEPTIONS<\/p>\n

There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including weather, personal emergencies, accidents, flight cancellations or delays. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.<\/p>\n

For the Surf Training & Adventure Camp a minimum of 5 persons is required, maximum capacity in the resort is 10 persons. Participants will be informed 2-7 days before Surf Training & Adventure Camp start about last details by e-mail or WhatsApp message.<\/p>\n

We recommend you to wait with the flight booking until the moment of the final training camp confirmation (max. 60 days before) and payment confirmation of the remaining total amount paid by you (second half 50%), in order to avoid unnecessary costs (cancellation costs).<\/p>\n

COVID<\/p>\n

If the government of your destination country decides to impose COVID regulations that make the Surf Training & Adventure Camp impossible (e.g. lockdown, limited number of people, closed beaches), as well as in the event that you are unable to arrive due to COVID illness, your country’s regulations or non-compliance with your destination country’s entry requirements, we cannot accept liability and our standard cancellation policy will apply. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.<\/span><\/p>\n
