Beautiful retreat in paradise. Myriam is very caring and professional. Great team of girls and a great atmosphere. I had a fantastic time at a Pilates and surf retreat in Tenerife with personal coaches Myriam, Inga and Stalin. Myriam is a surfer and an excellent Pilates instructor. She organized everything, from the accommodation to the training plans, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Inga and Stalin are great surfers and will take your surfing skills to the next level with exercises before the training sessions on land, with Inga being a yoga coach and both providing invaluable help in the water. Special mention must also be made of the incredible personalities of the three, who have become friends and take the time to share unforgettable moments with you by driving you to the most incredible places and taking you to amazing local restaurants and events. I will definitely do it again!<\/p>\n

It was my second surf retreat with Myriam. Combining surfing with Pilates is the best combination. Plus, surf skating has also helped a lot. I made great progress and it was huge fun.<\/p>\n

My LIFP experience in Tenerife started as a surf adventure with strangers and turned into a vacation with friends after only 5 minutes. I had such a great time in our small group and we hit it off immediately! Myri has a wonderful soul and is always in a good mood. Which made the surfing, surfskating, pilates and beach day so much more fun. The coaches took their time to explain everything and had a lot of patience with us (sometimes they really needed it haha). But at the end of the day they always had a smile on their faces and motivating words for us. Great guys! Even if something didn’t work out as planned (weather, sick coach…) Myri always had a plan B. Such a great trip, great company – an unforgettable vacation – thank you LIFP! <\/p>\n
